Shipping
Each item on your order will be charged and if necessary items may be shipped out to you separately.
We have a maximum delivery charge of £3.99 per order.
Please ensure that your delivery address details are correct, as they are used exactly
as inputted by yourself when submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders with incorrect
or missing information should they not reach you.
The following delivery times can be used as a guideline and will depend on stock availability:
UK 1st Class Royal Mail
Most of our items will be despatched via 1st Class Royal Mail.
We would advise that packages usually sent by this method are received within 1-3
working days from despatch but can take longer depending on Royal Mail and also public holidays.
We also reserve the right to change the delivery method should we see fit to do so.
Items are not considered lost in transit for 15 working days as quoted by Royal Mail.
We are only able to act on missing orders after 15 working days have passed from the date of despatch.
Every effort will be made to ensure delivery of the goods within the advertised timescales but we
can not be held responsible for delays in delivery once the order has been despatched.
Deliveries outside the UK
Please contact us via email before ordering if you are outside the UK.
We will do our best to accommodate you but it is not always possible to deliver to certain countries.
Availability
Shipping times are an indicator and not a
guarantee on how long it will take us to ship your order.
If an item is out of stock with us at the time of your order, we will
place an order from our suppliers. We keep in close contact with our
suppliers and place orders with most of them on a daily basis.
If your order status is 'Special Order' then you can rest assured that
the utmost is being done to acquire your item, though delays may occur
if the item is out of stock with the suppliers.
We will always try to keep our website up to date but sometimes we find
products are out of stock even though they are advertised as being in
stock. If this happens will we try to contact you as soon as possible to
advise you. You will have the option to wait for us to obtain the part
for you or cancel your order.
Occasionally advertised parts become unavailable without us knowing, if
this is the case we will cancel and refund your order as soon as we are
made aware that something is discontinued.
